DISPATCH & DELIVERY TIMES

• We try to pack out/dispatch orders within 2 business days, except during peak trading periods (October to December) when orders will be dispatched within 7 business days.

• We recommend you allow 5 to 14 business days for Australia Post, TNT and Couriers Please deliveries to reach you.

• Delivery timeframes can increase during peak trading periods (October to December).

SHIPPING PROVIDERS & FEES

Australia Post - $9 flat rate. Standard parcel delivery Australia wide. We don't offer Express Post.

TNT - shipping fees are auto-calculated based on the delivery destination and the weight of your order. This is not an overnight express service.

• Couriers Please - shipping fees are auto-calculated based on the delivery destination and the weight of your order. Available to customers in Victoria and New South Wales. This is not an overnight express service.

PARCEL TRACKING

• A tracking number and tracking link can be found in our shipping confirmation email, this link will enable you to track the progress of your parcel on the shipping providers website.

• Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking information to be updated.

The shipping providers offer multiple methods of redirection and alternative collection. Please refer to their websites for more info on redirecting your parcel or organising alternative collection.

• Inky Co. is unable to redirect parcels that are in transit, this must be done by the parcel receiver.

DELIVERY & SIGNATURE

• We request Australia Post, TNT and Couriers Please receive a signature upon delivery for all orders.

• An Authority To Leave request can be made by the customer via the shipping providers website.

MISSING PARCELS

• If your order has not been delivered and at least 14 days have passed, let us know asap and we will lodge an enquiry with the appropriate shipping provider.

• If your order has been delivered but you cannot locate it please contact us immediately so we can lodge an enquiry with the appropriate shipping provider.

SHIPPING POLICY

Inky Co. cannot and will not guarantee delivery times or a delivery date. As such, we will not offer a refund or exchange if a parcel isn't delivered by a date you had hoped for.

• Inky Co. will not be liable for any parcels stolen if a customer makes an Authority To Leave or Safe Drop request.

• Inky Co. will not be liable for parcels deemed missing or stolen if proof of delivery is provided by Australia Post, TNT or Couriers Please.

SHIPPING ADDRESS DETAILS
• Please enter your shipping address, mobile number and email address correctly. If you do make an error please notify us via email immediately, hello@inkyco.com.au and we will try our hardest to correct it.

• If a parcel is returned to our warehouse due to incorrect or insufficient address details, the buyer is liable for any onward shipping costs in addition to a $10.00 Return To Sender fee to cover the fee charged to us by the shipping provider.

UNCOLLECTED & RETURN TO SENDER (RTS) PARCELS
• Inky Co. is not liable for goods not collected from a collection point within the allocated pick up time frame.

• If a parcel is shipped back to our warehouse due to failure to collect, the buyer is liable for any onward shipping costs in addition to a $10.00 Return To Sender fee to cover the fee charged to us by the shipping provider.

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

CHANGE OF MIND & EXCHANGE POLICY
Please choose carefully, refunds or exchanges are not permitted for change of mind for products ordered online.

FAULTY ITEMS & DAMAGES POLICY
We will happily arrange replacement, exchange or a refund for goods that are supplied in a faulty condition or incorrectly supplied. To arrange this we require a digital photograph of the faulty product sent by email along with your purchase order number. A "Faulty Goods Claim Form" will be emailed in reply to your faulty goods claim. Please reply with your contact details and the "Faulty Goods Claim Form" to hello@inkyco.com.au.

We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not deem itself faulty or damaged. If you believe you have received incorrect goods, please email hello@inkyco.com.au with your order number and contact details and a description of the problem.

Inky Co. also reserves the right to not replace faulty or incorrect goods if the above process is not followed.

REFUNDS POLICY
• If an order is returned to us due to incorrect or insufficient address details we are happy to provide a refund for the order minus the original shipping fee and an addition $10.00 Return To Sender fee to cover the fee charged to us by the shipping provider.

• We will not offer a refund if a parcel is delivered after a date you had hoped for. We cannot and will not guarantee a delivery date or a delivery timeframe.
