• Opening order minimum is $300.00 inc GST

• Wholesale buyers are required to buy a minimum of 3 per product to receive the wholesale discounted price

• RRP’s can be found listed with a strike line next to the wholesale price in the product page

• Inky Co. operates on a pro-forma basis, as such we are not structured to offer credit accounts

• Payment can be made via credit card or PayPal at the time of placing your order or via direct deposit

• Direct deposit payment is required within 7 business days to avoid order cancellation

• Orders are shipped within 7 business days of the payment being received in full

• A shipping confirmation email with tracking numbers is sent for all orders to the email address used to place the order

• Delivery can take 3 to 7 business days with Australia Post, TNT or Couriers Please. In the peak Christmas period delivery times may increase

• Once a parcel is in the hands of the shipping provider we are unable to control the speed of delivery

• For urgent delivery, courier collection can be organised by you. Please select Pick Up as your shipping method and email us for parcel weights and dimensions

• Order collection is available Monday to Friday from our factory in Braeside, Victoria. You will receive an email with our address when your order is ready for collection

• We do not accept returns of unsold stock

• We do not accept returns for change of mind

• All orders over $1500.00 must be placed and paid for a minimum of three weeks before the required delivery date

• We do not reserve inventory on orders, stock is dispatched on a first paid, first served basis. Please contact us if you wish to order large quantities of a particular product as this can be placed into production to fulfil your order

• Any claim of missing stock or faulty product must be made in writing within 5 days of receiving the order

MISSING IN TRANSIT

• If you think your order has not been delivered please let us know asap and we will lodge an enquiry with the appropriate shipping provider

MISSING OR STOLEN AFTER DELIVERY

• If your order has been delivered but you cannot locate it please contact us immediately so we can lodge an enquiry with the appropriate shipping provider

• Inky Co. is not liable for and will not provide a refund for parcels deemed missing or stolen if proof of delivery is provided by Australia Post, Couriers Please or TNT

UNCOLLECTED PARCELS

• Inky Co. is not liable for goods not collected from an Australia Post, Couriers Please or TNT collection point if the parcel is not collected within the allocated pick up time frame. In the instance that goods are shipped back to our warehouse for failure to collect, the buyer is liable for any onward shipping costs

• Inky Co. produces a strictly retail product line. While we understand it is necessary to use products for display purposes, Inky Co. products are not to be used for in-store complimentary gift wrapping. Failure to comply will result in withdrawal of supply

• For all complimentary wrapping needs please refer to our sister company, The Wrapping Paper Company, who supply bulk rolls for complimentary use.

• All Inky Co. packaging is carefully considered for maximum retail appeal. All items must be sold in the packaging they are supplied in. Removal of Inky Co. branding and/or packaging will result in withdrawal of supply

• Inky Co. may halt supply to a retailer if they are considered to be damaging the Inky Co. brand. This may include poor presentation, not taking a wide enough spread of product and/or infrequent orders

• Status as a stockist is retained by placing an order at least every six months. Inky Co. reserves the right to remove stockist status after six months of no orders without warning

• Inky Co. must be consulted in writing about any new retail location owned or linked to an assigned stockist. Failure to do so could result in withdrawal of supply. Inky Co. reserves the right to deny supply of stock if a new retail location overlaps existing stockist territory

• Inky Co. products cannot be sold at any third party location or via any third party website, e.g. markets, wrapping courses or websites without strict written approval from the Inky Co. owners

Placing and paying for an order with Inky Co. will be considered as acceptance of the above terms and conditions. Inky Co. reserves the right to update or alter these terms and conditions without prior notice
